1. **Defective Products**: If a product is found to be defective upon receipt, customers must report the issue within 14 days of delivery. A detailed description of the defect, along with photographic evidence, should be submitted to facilitate the evaluation process. If the defect is confirmed, a full refund or replacement will be issued at the discretion of DTF Express Co.

2. **Incorrect Orders**: In cases where the wrong item is shipped or if there is a discrepancy between the order and the received product, customers are required to notify us within 14 days of delivery. The customer may be asked to return the incorrect item before a refund or replacement is processed.

3. **Custom Orders**: Due to the nature of custom orders, including "Build Your Own DTF Gang Sheet" and "Upload Your Own DTF Gang Sheet," refunds are generally not available unless the product is defective or incorrect. Customers are encouraged to review their designs carefully before submission to ensure satisfaction with the final product.

4. **Shipping Costs**: Refunds will not include shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. In such cases, DTF Express Co. will cover the return shipping costs.

To initiate a refund request, customers should contact our customer service team with the relevant order details and supporting documentation. All refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
